Main frame is manufactured with 1.6mm powder coated mild steel. Doors and panels are lazer-cut powder coated aluminium. 90 Liter water tank (Pioneer Plastics). 350 Liter nosecone and a towbar, which is part of chassis.

Build of rectangular tube 76mm x 38mm x 3mm. All parts are welded together with CO2 welding and then powder coated.
